Join Lapoint and be the voice behind the good vibes! As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests reaching out to us from all over the world. Your mission: to deliver warm, personal, and solution-oriented support across channels like email, phone, chat, and social media.
What you'll do:
Answer customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, chat, and Instagram
Guide guests in choosing the right destination and surf package
Manage bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and changes in our system (Travelize)
Support our Camp Managers with requests, complaints, and day-to-day updates
Collaborate with the broader Lapoint team to solve guest cases smoothly
Keep internal FAQs and travel documents up to date
Monitor and flag updates needed on the website (availability, pricing, info accuracy)
Participate in monthly team meetings and 1:1 check-ins with the Customer Care Manager
Pitch in with ad hoc tasks such as tracking guest numbers or handling special requests
Who you are:
Service-minded with a natural ability to make people feel heard and helped
Experienced in customer service, hospitality, or travel (preferred but not required)
Experience from working in a Lapoint Destination is a big plus.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a bonus
Calm under pressure and quick to find practical solutions
Structured, reliable, and tech-savvy - ideally with experience in CRM or booking tools
Flexible and available for weekend/holiday shifts
A self-starter who enjoys remote work and working independently
A good communicator and collaborator, even when working from across the globe

Camp manager
Lapoint Santa Teresa, Costa Rica: start date 03.07.2025 - 6months to 1 year

The Camp Manager is responsible for the camp, the staff and ultimately making sure that our guests have the best surfing holiday possible. In doing so you’ll be involved with all aspects of customer relations from the moment their booking is confirmed until they head back to the real world with (wetsuit) tan lines and a big smile on their face.
In order to do this successfully you need to be dedicated, flexible, service minded and well organized.
Key duties
Make sure our guests have the time of their life
Take good care of our amazing staff
Monitor and report financial results to the Operations team
Manage bookings, enquiries and any ad-hoc challenges at the camp
Coordinate, monitor and follow-up the weekly schedule, including surf school and non-surf activities and meals
Supervise daily meals with a commercial kitchen for our included buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner program for our guests
Overseeing the running maintenance at the camp throughout the season.
Ensure and work towards goals that are set by the Operations Team and implement new initiatives and best practices as instructed by management
Maintain and continue to strengthen our bond with the local community, our local partners and our guests from around the world
Profile:

Late twenties
Experience in customer service, tourism and/or sales
Experience in staff management
University degree
Fluent in English
Familiarity with spreadsheets and Google docs
Great organizational skills
Positive and an outgoing personality
Valid driver's license
Passion for surfing
Spanish is utmost preferable for Costa Rica, Fuerteventura and Nicaragua

Our Social Hosts are in many ways the source of our guests’ satisfaction and the vehicle for providing the unique Lapoint experience. As a Social Host you’re responsible for spreading stoke, good vibes and enthusiastically & extensively hi-fiving our extended surfing family/guests throughout their stay. A normal day consists of everything from mellow beach-hang with the gang and late night yodeling with the crew at the after-surf party to meal-preparation and cleaning.
In short, a Social Host makes sure that all our guests are looked after and that they have the awesomest holiday of their lives. It’s a big job but if you’re the right person, it won’t feel like ‘work’ at all.

We are currently looking for a Social Yogi for our vibrant camps around the world. The Social Yogi is both responsible for planning and teaching a set number of yoga lessons/week, as well as spreading stoke and good vibes to our guests. In short, a Social Yogi makes sure that all our guests are stretched out , looked after and that they have the most awesomest holiday of their lives.
It’s a big job but if you’re the right person, it won’t feel like ‘work’ at all.
