Membership terms and conditions: Know the rules, reap the rewards

Below are the rules and guidelines for participating in our program. Please read the rules carefully to understand how the program works and how you can maximize your membership. Let's start earning benefits and making memories in the waves!

• Eligibility: Participation in the membership community is open to individuals aged 18 and above who book surf trips with Lapoint directly.

• Combining discounts: The membership community discounts may not be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts (such as group trips) unless explicitly stated by Lapoint.

• Free add-on: The free add-on is up to a maximum of 30 EUR, and the specific camp decides what it will be. 

• Free eighth trip: The free one-week surf trip to Ericeira can only be booked after the seventh trip has been performed.

• Valid discount codes: The discount code is valid only on your next surf trip booking, not on a rebooking of already booked surf trips.

• Non-transferable: The benefits you earn from the membership community (such as free surf lessons and free add-on packages) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency.

• Personal membership: Your membership is strictly personal and non-transferable to other surfers. It can only be used by you and for your surf adventures.

• Benefits: Your surf trip must be booked with the Loyalty program code to use our benefits.

• Discounts expiry: Some of the discounts have an expiry date, typically three months from the date they were earned. Expired discounts will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.

• Fraudulent activity: Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the loyalty program, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or misrepresenting information, will result in immediate disqualification from the program.

• Merchandise: Free merchandise is provided based on availability.

• Changes to the program: Lapoint reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time, with advance notice to participants. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our website.

• Trip accumulation: Our loyalty program begins with surf trips booked after January 1, 2019. Any trips booked before this date are not counted. The discounts and benefits from the loyalty program are valid only from the new trips booked from 6/5/2024.

Please note that our loyalty program benefits don’t apply to trips booked through travel agents.

These terms and conditions provide a framework for our loyalty program. Adjustments can be made as needed.
